Inner Wisdom


Learn a simple, yet powerful technique to deepen your practice,  Learn to develop and trust your inner knowing, empower your clients and create fundamental and lasting changes in the people you work with.


Through a series of self-exploration exercises, meditation, Qigong, and also intuition and reflection exercises, we will explore how finding a clear connection to your own inner knowing strengthens your ability to tune into your clients, and that by then engaging them in the process, it amplifies the results of your sessions significantly.


This workshop can help bodyworkers, coaches, counselors, and even just people who want to learn to connect more deeply to their own inner knowing and be able to use that in interactions with others.


This class helps you learn to listen to what your body is telling you and then how to apply that to create an powerful, transformative and empowering experience for your clients.

 The Art of Reflective Listening


Do you ever feel like your emotions running your life instead of the other way around?  Sometimes what we think we are feeling and what we are really feeling aren't the same thing.  I have found that when you connect with what you are feeling underneath the emotionality and story of what you are going through - when you connect with what you are really feeling - then the story falls away and things begin to shift in your life in incredible ways. 


The Art of Reflective Listening is a class to teach the process I use to help people learn to connect with the truth of what they are experiencing which allows for the story that they are experiencing to shift in a lasting way.


                              Qigong Classes


Learn to connect more deeply with your body and to balance your energy system. Qigong is based on the 5000 year old principals of Chinese Medicine. The exercises incorporate your breath with gentle movements to increase circulation, improve immune function, increase energy level and decrease stress.


Qigong is an excellent, low impact exercise that helps improve your immune function, increases lung capacity and blood flow and decreases stress. 


In my Qigong classes, I teach both Qigong movement exercises for health as well as help you learn to sense and work with the energy (Qi). Doing Qigong when you can actually feel the Qi helps you get more out of the exercises and makes it more fun.

Meditation


I continue to create guided meditation recordings. As an introduction to my work, I have created a free MP3 recording of a guided meditation along with a technique to help you make decisions in your life.
