This class is usually taught as a 4 week course that meets for 1 1/2 hours once a week. It can, however, be taught as a workshop if you are interested in hosting it at your location. The skills learned in this class can deepen and improve a person's life significantly. Here is what some of our students said about it:

The class incorporates meditation, Qigong, yoga and self-exploration exercises to help you:

The Instructors
Anna Feuille
Anna has been a practicing intuitive massage therapist for the past five years. Through bodywork she began to see the transformations that occurred in her clients and found inspiration to grow within herself. As she started to question her belief system, she began her spiritual journey in order to understand and deepen her connection with herself and who she is. Anna has made the choice to live her life according to what she feels passionate about. Some of the tools she has used include working with the feminine and meditation. She chooses to explore her spirituality without the boundaries of a specific dogma. Through teaching Anna hopes to help people appreciate the beauty within themselves and tap into their true potential. Anna is currently participating in a 200 hour yoga teacher training through the Shambava School of Yoga. Anna also enjoys spending time with her dogs and husband, walking in nature and eating good food. www.mountainhighmassage.com
Rebecca Knighton
Life is continuous journey of growth and transformation. Learning how to better navigate along that jouney leads to greater peace, joy and fulfillment in life. Rebecca's passion lies in helping the people she works with to gain a greater understanding of themselves and thus live their lives with greater wisdom and growth. She has been practicing Asian Bodywork therapy and Qigong for 11 years and combines the techniques she has learned in her studies of Chinese Medicine with the knowledge she has gained along her journey through life to help others connect with themselves on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Rebecca's greatest joy in life is her 9 year old son. She loves to be near water and has to get a dose of the ocean at least once a year.
