Qigong Classes

In my Qigong classes, I teach both Qigong movement exercises for health as well as help you learn to sense and work with the energy (Qi). Doing Qigong when you can actually feel the Qi helps you get more out of the exercises and makes it more fun.

I am now offering private Qigong classes for groups of 3 or less. The cost of group classes $35 an hour.

I am also available to teach a class for larger groups at your location.  Prices for this service vary.

Group Classes

My group classes are usually held at Ultimate Health and Wellness. Ultimate Health and Wellness is located at 1217 Riverside Ave. in Fort Collins, Colorado. The next class is TBA.
